The same case survived both interruptions
The LAB process was stopped after the business record was committed and again after the rail accepted its request. Recovery retained one business record and one send attempt. The review then reached strict N8 FINAL.
A separate restore of the saved pending state found the same final proof without sending again. A modified proof was refused. Business acceptance remains PENDING and booking is NOT_BOOKED; rail finality does not accept or pay the service.
Qualified scope: process recovery and an outbox checkpoint with the existing business records. Whole-node failover remains untested. Recovery implementation and evidence.
What remains pending?
Restore Revolut sandbox access, pin the intended recipient routes and bind a confirmed transaction to the correct obligation. A sandbox confirmation remains sandbox evidence. An unrelated real payment cannot be attached just because its amount matches.
The dedicated Telemach FED8RA LAB now holds this historical-review case under its own limited native authority. It uses the existing inbox, business evidence interface, owner edge and outbox. The main company portal is a separate pending connection.
