EXISTING BOOKS · EXISTING RULES · ONE RETURN PATH
From a shared record
back to its owners.
Each organisation keeps its own accounting and originals. The shared rail provides checkable evidence. The Chamber uses its own small book when an item needs review.
What the laboratory connects
- Two parties record the same trade in their own books. Each keeps its source material. A commitment goes through each existing edge and its queue.
- Final confirmation returns. The existing verifier checks the proof using pinned trust. The Chamber also checks inclusion against its independently maintained small book.
- The existing case requests relevant documents. A changed original is refused. A missing party response stays pending, including after reopening the case. The existing rules and deadlines remain the authority.
- The decision is reviewed and signed. Production uses authorised human reviewers. This bounded LAB uses a clearly identified scripted test reviewer; it creates no business award.
- The Chamber books its decision through its own edge. Its case stays pending until the returned proof has been checked.
- Both parties check the returned decision. Each verifies the signed resolution and the rail proof against its own verified chain. Re-reading uses the same proof without another submission.
A concrete example
The existing synthetic fixture records a delivery note for 100 units and a goods receipt for 80 units. Both owners retain seven records. The books agree about those documents; the question is the 20-unit shortfall. This is a test of the evidence and decision path, not a hospital deployment or a real invoice or payment.
Last published qualification
These are dated observations from three operator-owned synthetic edges on the existing live rail. They do not establish that any named consortium partner has installed or accepted anything.

What this adds to the common account
A contribution, acceptance or decision can refer to a checkable record. This is the evidence foundation for shared accounting. The browser’s cost and revenue calculation remains an illustration; this test does not operate an allocation engine or execute payments.
What members bring next
Use the existing Studio and edge connection guide. Each member needs its assigned identity, authorised actors and one real process. Keep originals locally. The first partner session checks one record and its returned proof before adopting contribution measures, an SLA or a period calculation.
Rules remain the same
NEO Chamber rules v0.1 remain the starting reference. An Ambiti8n branch and common SLA are agreed by the members through the existing process. A successful LAB run does not adopt either.
Book time and DLT finality are different. A normal final confirmation may take up to about an hour. Pending remains pending; the system does not resubmit an item merely to obtain its proof.
Audit scope
The qualification reuses the existing case workflow, original checks, signatures, edge queue, rail sender and cryptographic verifier. It connects the existing callbacks to the Chamber’s small book. Internal binary formats remain unchanged. Operator-owned LAB keys are separate from human and partner authority.
Remaining activation work: partner installations and identity mapping, approved human reviewer configuration, and the pilot host’s authenticated intake and notification connection. The isolated qualification is not a public case submission service.
