Every firm of the 8ra consortium, running as a twin — with SAP's signal at every server

From 15 October 2026 the consortium's 122 organisations run as twins on the Telemach cluster: each with its own edge and book, SAP's ApeiroRA audit-logging collector in front of it, on the same rail that has sealed every ten-minute period since 29 September. Nothing leaves a provider but 33 bytes a minute. Every member's edge fetches the proof of its minutes into its own kit. The federation can prove its month to anyone, offline.

Why together — the mission, in one line

8ra's mission is a multi-provider cloud-edge continuum: sovereign, open, interoperable, for Europe by Europe. A continuum of many providers needs one thing no provider can supply alone — proof between providers. SAP puts the signal at every server; NEO gives the federation one verifiable time.

The edge beside the collector keeps the firm's book; one 32-byte commitment a minute goes through one door into the accounting cell; the DLT seals every ten minutes with two witnesses and post-quantum signatures; the Chamber governs; the marketplace trades. Every member holds its proof.

Four real companies' edges booked a thousand records a second each for 40 hours (29 Sep – 1 Oct), folded every minute into one commitment, and every period with records reached FINAL; they rest since 1 October. The rail keeps running: ten thousand simulated companies send one object a minute and a source loop pushes a hundred thousand objects a second through the same door; every ten minutes the rail seals it all. Since 15 October — the federation's twin

Every organisation on 8ra's public participant list has a twin: an edge with its name, its own book and key, SAP's collector in front of it — 122 members, twelve member states, and the 8ra Chamber with an edge of its own. Your twin, NEOsap, is one of the twenty providers; the other nineteen carry your collector too.

The month, day by day — what the room will see

  1. Thu 15 OctRegistrations. 122 twins register with the 8ra Chamber through our wallet by script; one by hand, in under five minutes. Every admission is a decision booked at the Chamber's own edge and sealed on the rail.
  2. Fri 16 OctThe edges tick. 122 commitments a minute on the door. The twenty providers' collectors take the showroom's event mix — placements, instances, tokens, grants — source-signed and verified strict, one record a minute each.
  3. Mon 19 OctThe deal day. Every customer buys one thing in the NEO8ra marketplace — an edge, an API, a service: 92 deals, a record at each party's edge, both parties' proofs inside the window, the confirmation on the deal page.
  4. 20 Oct – 4 NovSteady state. Deals every day, receipts of performance, nettings on Sundays, SLA records daily. German data is placed only at the six German providers; a scripted attempt to place it abroad is refused at the gate — and the refusal is a record.
  5. Thu 5 NovThe breach. One provider breaks its SLA for ten customers. Ten claims. The Chamber rules within the day on sealed evidence: the side without a receipt loses, the side that withholds evidence loses. Ten rulings, each a record.
  6. Thu 12 NovThe month's end. The deliveries netted to one amount per member from what the records show — no receipt, no payment. Every event provable from the member's own kit.
  7. November8ra.hack. Real people join the same market through the wallet and the onboarding kit; the twin is the market's liquidity; a leaderboard by proofs held and deals completed.

What we ask of SAP — and what SAP gets

The ask

  • 15 servers of a test landscape now — your collector already there, our edge beside it: a container of about 250 MB of memory, six configuration values, a WireGuard peer. One engineer, one day for the first site.
  • 150 by December — the landscape the twin rehearses from 15 October, with your names on it.
  • An ORD namespace, the edge as a Platform Mesh offering, a named test site for the strict verifier.
  • Paris, March 2027 — the continuum's evidence rail shown together at the 8ra General Assembly.

What SAP gets

  • Pick any minute of any server and verify it offline — your collector's records, proven at every server, no data leaving it.
  • Your December landscape, rehearsed at federation scale a month early: 122 members, SAP's signal at the twenty providers, deals, nettings, one ruling — every number read from the running system.
  • The evidence layer the continuum lacks, running on European iron beside your blueprint: many providers, one verifiable time, nobody's data copied.
