RESOURCE SHARING / CLEARING / EVIDENCE

Share the resources.
Settle the difference.

Five pilot members exchange compute, AI, data and network capacity. fed8ra offsets their mutual obligations, then NEO Chamber Book connects the remaining amount to mandates, acceptance and a signed evidence trail.

ILLUSTRATIVE PILOT · Synthetic resource claims and simulated settlement. No bank transfer or new NEO attestation.

300 million CLU of activity.
€40 million left to settle.

A common accounting view reveals obligations that cancel across the federation. The resources have still been delivered in the scenario; fewer obligations need a money transfer.

Gross obligations300m CLU · €150m
After bilateral netting260m CLU · €130m
After multilateral netting80m CLU · €40m

73.33% less settlement volume compared with gross obligations; 69.23% less than bilateral netting. This is a reduction in the amount to settle, not a reduction in resource prices.

Explicit demo conversion: 1 CLU = €0.50. Gross €150m − €110m offset = €40m net.

More than settling pair by pair.

A

The resource cycle

Compute → AI → Data → Compute: each member owes the next 60m CLU. These three claims total 180m CLU and cancel only when the whole cycle is considered.

B

The reciprocal exchange

Data and Network & storage owe each other 20m CLU. Their 40m CLU of gross obligations also cancel under bilateral netting.

C

The remaining demand

The buyer owes four providers a combined 80m CLU. The demo conversion leaves €40m to distribute, with every provider’s net entitlement preserved.

All positions sum to zero. Positive amounts are receivables; negative amounts are payable.

Nine fixed claims. Exact integer arithmetic. No payments.

Every provider gets its net share.

The shares follow the net positions. All four recipients provide resources; this scenario includes no separate federation fee.

An amount with a reason.
A decision with a record.

Mandate→Agreement→Acceptance→Calculation→Recorded outcome

A €50m pilot mandate authorises a €40m case. Five synthetic firms sign the agreement. The accepted delivery, 1GUARD decisions, allocation and simulator outcomes are bound into one immutable snapshot.

Demonstrated here

Multilateral netting, derived provider shares, a signed agreement and acceptance, mandate checks, deterministic COBOL allocation and four recorded simulator settlements. The browser can independently recompute net positions and check snapshot signatures against the site’s pinned demo keys.

The next integration

Measured usage from the live federation, bank sandbox execution and a new NEO attestation for this exact case. The historical Platform Mesh record is a reference only; it does not attest these quantities. This web module makes no payment requests.

This scale scenario is separate from the existing OpenNebula month example. Its figures and historical records remain unchanged.
