Croatian text within signed records is deliberately retained.
public-keys.json: public synthetic pilot keys, not independent identity assurance.
offline-verification.json: recorded offline check, not a bank or NEO receipt.
allocation.cob: original allocation rule. No executable is distributed.

The browser verifies payload and document signatures against keys pinned in app.js,
checks linked delivery and agreement hashes, and recomputes netting using integers.
It does not run COBOL or the full authority-bundle verifier.
The site, script and demo keys have the same publisher.

Full offline verification in the trusted installed TRU-wallet/1GUARD environment:

Obtain keys and the original pinned engine through a separately trusted channel.
