When a platform decides for many companies, who can check the record?
In a consortium of 150 companies — a network described at 10,008 — a platform such as ApeiroRA decides where a workload runs, and every provider writes its own audit records: who did what, to which resource, with what outcome. Each company keeps its own log. Nobody else can check it, and the service that wrote it may already be gone.
Every provider keeps its own log
A cloud, an infrastructure or a service provider records what happened in its own system. To another company, an auditor or a regulator, that log is one party's word.
The record must outlive the service
A placement decision is written by a service that is later stopped, replaced or redeployed. When someone asks what was decided, the issuer that could answer is no longer running.
Checking today means handing over data
The only way to let another party check a log is to send it — the record, its content, the counterparty. Across many companies that is a data exchange nobody wants, and it still proves nothing about when the record was written.
An evidence rail: every company keeps its book, one fingerprint leaves
A NEO audit sink sits behind ApeiroRA's audit-logging signal — their OpenTelemetry SDK and collector, on their wire format, used as published. Every record lands verbatim in its own company's book and is answered with a receipt. Once a minute the book seals into one 32-byte commitment, and that is all that leaves the company.
A neutral memory of what every company recorded, and when — that no company controls, that costs 32 bytes a minute, and that anyone can check after the fact.
Trust across a consortium — without a shared database
For the consortiumOne rail for every provider, no data exchange
150 companies today, 10,008 in the run: each with its own book and its own door session. Nobody trades records with anybody; nothing passes between them. The rail never sees a document, an amount or a counterparty.
For the platformA verifiable memory for platform decisions
Intake is standard OpenTelemetry; ApeiroRA's SDK and collector are used as published. A recorded decision can be checked later — even when the original issuing service is no longer running. The next step on the page: one real ApeiroRA event source, one bounded use case, one joint verification.
For companies that tradeEvery deal provable by both sides, no message between them
Two marketplaces — an Ariba-shaped buyer, an Alibaba-shaped seller — name the same trading relation from the contract number alone. Each keeps its own book, each seals every second, and a verifier shows both books agree on the deal and both reach a witnessed position.
For the auditor and the regulatorA record that checks itself, on your own laptop
The verifier and the kit run with no network. A receipt a company holds is valid before, during and after its sink restarts. Verified means the record is in its book, under a commitment the door admitted — Verified ≠ business success, Verified ≠ content-authenticated.
10,008 companies. Two marketplaces. Every number links to its file.
A — 19–20 September 2026: 10,008 companies emit their own audit records for 120 minutes. 58,623,047 records answered, 0 failed, at 8,140 requests per second, one record each; 1,200,960 seals leave the companies, 1,200,960 are admitted at the doors. B — 4–5 September 2026: two marketplaces trade for 120 minutes without a message between them; 15,984,163 deals in both books, 14,400 of 14,400 frames of 32 bytes admitted, 15,550 sampled deals proven in both books.
The 32 bytes
A hex dump of the actual frame: a header plus one 32-byte commitment. Nothing else leaves either company. The live page shows the receipt, the seal, the witnessed position and the public unit as they happen.
It survives its issuer
50 decisions are recorded, the issuing service is stopped and its journal removed — 50 of 50 still verify offline. The sinks are stopped mid-run with 26,793,445 records not yet in their books; the intake log replays 26,628,445 records into the books, every company seals and every seal is admitted, 10,008 of 10,008, within 31 minutes with no operator in the loop.
Their calculator
Someone on the call downloads the kit and verifies it on their own laptop: the same deal, both books, the same relation, both positions. Then they change one byte — that record fails, the others pass.
Every number on this page is recorded evidence from the named runs and links to the file it was read from — measured, not projected. The rail, its two witness nodes and the offline verifier are live; the marketplaces run went through the production rail, while the 10,008-company run used test doors on one box and the leg from those doors to the production ledger was not part of it. The ApeiroRA-shaped issuer and the Ariba- and Alibaba-shaped documents are simulators — none of the three systems is connected — and the era seal is not proven.
