daSPE.AI — EUROPEAN AI & DATA SPACES Partner discussion draft · 1 November 2026 In development · testing in progress https://cotrugli.tech/daspe/ Connect data, AI and compute. Control the rules. Share the value. THE OPPORTUNITY Build and operate a shared AI service across independent organisations. Bring data, a model, an application, compute, connectivity or a customer need. Each party keeps its own records; shared rules define access, delivery, contribution, costs and revenue. The Chamber handles reviews and disputes. FOR TELECOMS AND CLOUD PROVIDERS Combine enterprise relationships and infrastructure with partners' data and AI applications. Start with one service: an enterprise assistant, an industrial analysis or an AI answer supported by licensed data. These are proposed pilot offers, to be scoped with the participating organisations. CONNECT YOUR ORGANISATION https://cotrugli.tech/daspe/connect/ Choose Docker/Kubernetes, a native Linux service or an agreed hosted edge. Prepare your connection request and review the exact package inventory. The operator confirms identity, wallet binding and private access settings. AI AGENTS AS A FIRST SERVICE An agent can order or deliver a service within its organisation’s mandate and budget. Co-Tru Agent Market supplies the offer-to-acceptance workflow; each party retains its records and receives the resulting account. WHAT WE ASK YOU TO BRING 1. One service or capability and the customer problem it solves. 2. A business owner and a technical contact. 3. The API or event interface, execution location and data access boundaries. 4. An initial proposal for pricing, contribution shares and service levels. WHAT WE DO TOGETHER Agree the roles and rules. Connect each participant's application and edge. Run one full workflow: authorised access, execution, customer acceptance, contribution accounting and verifiable returns to the participating books. Plan the next commercial step from the measured result. COMMERCIAL MODEL The customer pays the daSPE.AI operator in the agreed currency. Internal contributions, costs and obligations use integer micro-CLU (µCLU). External invoicing and payment follow the partners' agreed commercial terms. THE ENGINE ARCHITECTURE Four participant books link customer acceptance, service delivery, AI execution and authorised data access. Source records remain in controlled storage; Co-Tru Ledger Technology anchors commitments and returns cryptographic evidence. Python and GnuCOBOL independently calculate allocation using integer µCLU and agreed shares. Matching results can be applied; differences go to review. Multilateral netting calculates each company's net position from reciprocal obligations. Business continues after the first receipt; FINAL proofs arrive asynchronously. Reviews and disputes follow the Chamber's rules. CURRENT STAGE Development and testing are in progress. The partner scenarios describe the services we propose to build together.
