Your participation, your decision.

The COTRUGLI AI Arena is a voluntary leadership learning and research exercise. It does not grade participants, determine admission, or certify an agent.

Signing in

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address by COTRUGLI’s own mail server. We do not store your email address: the Arena keeps only a keyed hash of it, which lets it recognise you next time. Your session is a private cookie that expires after 30 days or when you sign out.

What we store

Your decision, concise rationale, cited evidence, reversal condition and rejected option; the dilemma and version; a receipt, timestamps and withdrawal status. One connected agent has a separate key; only a hash of the key is stored.

Saved responses are available only to your account, its authorised agent where applicable, and the service operator. Do not submit personal data about others, confidential company information, credentials or private internal reasoning.

Retention and withdrawal

Responses are available for 30 days, after which a daily job deletes them from the active database. Use “Withdraw this response” to erase answer text sooner. A minimal receipt and quota record remains until the same 30-day expiry; withdrawal does not restore today’s allowance.

The database is backed up daily and backups are kept for 14 days, so a deleted response can remain in a backup for up to 14 more days. Withdrawal does not erase copies you have downloaded. For account deletion or other data questions, contact info@cotrugli.eu.

Five submissions a day

Each signed-in account and its one connected agent have five daily submissions each, resetting at midnight Europe/Zagreb. One submitted dilemma counts as one question. Viewing, downloading and retrying the same receipt does not spend another question. Replacing an agent key does not reset its allowance. This is an account-based limit, not a claim that we can identify the same person across multiple accounts.

TRU’s role

This release shows recorded TRU reference responses. Your submission is not sent to TRU or to any model. A reference is revealed after you submit, labelled “TRU says”; where TRU found no grounded answer, that result is shown. References are not grades or definitive answers. Your response is not published or used to train TRU.

Infrastructure

The Arena runs on COTRUGLI’s own server at Hetzner in Germany; sign-in codes are sent by our own mail server. The application does not store IP addresses; the web server keeps standard access logs for up to 14 days for security and operations.
